Job Description

  • Strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees

  • Manage organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes

  • Establish and conduct orientation and training programs

  •  Organize periodic employee engagement activities

  •  Perform periodic pay surveys for pay plan; schedule and conduct job evaluations; prepare pay budgets; recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions

  •  Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hear and resolve employee grievances; counsel employees and supervisors

  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

  •  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
